Standard convention bureau business practice includes customised bid documentation and presentation support; site inspection co-ordination, and collateral to assist in event marketing. Conventions & Incentives New Zealand (CINZ) already offers a Conference Assistance Program (CAP Scheme) for New Zealand organisations bidding for international conventions.
