Mice Net : February 2009
educational 'be rewarded' fiji's famil Jenny Gill packed her 30+ and headed for Fiji for a famil organised in conjunction with air pacific, Radisson Resort Fiji, likuliku lagoon Resort, the Fiji islands Visitors Bureau and mice.net. Day 1 Just over a few hours of flying time from Sydney enjoying the privilege of being seated in Air Pacific’s upper deck cabin, our group of C&I event planners arrived in paradise early evening to be met by Pacific Destinationz, a leading DMC in Fiji. Absolute indulgence! Whoever said that you had to sleep in the kitchen to get breakfast in bed clearly hasn’t stayed at the Radisson. For conference and incentive groups the Radisson Resort has it all, offering a multitude of facilities nestled around five lagoon swimming pools and lush tropical gardens. There are 270 luxuriously appointed guest rooms with flexible accommodation options along with meeting and banquet space for up to around 200 pax. The staff’s “yes we can” attitude should give plenty of confidence to the event planner. After our site inspection we all took a “Ride on the Wild Side” on our very own mopeds. Affectionately called the “mini-Hummer” and supplied by Westside Motorbike Rentals, we took off for the short ride to Port Denarau’s stunning marina where we boarded a yacht 88 mice.net 88 mice.net
