case study m-building d Pizza Hut THE EVENTS: Three Sabre Corporate Development team building events and business simulations for KFC and Pizza Hut national conferences. CLIENT: YUM - KFC and Pizza Hut S NO. ON ORGANISING TEAM: Five key Sabre event directors and 20 Sabre event staff PAX: KFC - approx 600 for two team events, Pizza Hut - approx 300 for one business game BUDGET: closely with the organisers and management team-building approaches that would also themes from the conference. Three enjoyable major team-based event projects were delivered. KFC “Strike Force” Military Team Event – A hilarious commando raid ted 600 delegates into their own “Take The Hill Military Mission”. The YUM ral reviewed the troops before they were issued with military dog tags, and uniforms. Teams launched energetically into a tailored series of team ons culminating in a massive united assault to “Take The Hill” and dominate ompetition. KFC “Fashion Fiasco” Dinner Event – Teams arrived at dinner to discover that would be responsible for creating their own “Fashion House” and staging spectacular catwalk show featuring their own outfits, models and music. A brilliantly executed and truly hilarious catwalk fashion show followed featuring delegates as models, commentators, staging hands and choreographers. Pizza Hut “When In Rome” business game – management and franchise teams required an intelligent, yet fun and engaging business simulation. Teams donned togas and wreaths to become elite first Century Roman senators, traders, generals and artisans. Profitable and sustainable empires were built across four seasons in an exciting business game with a great deal of creative business acumen from teams. SPECIAL TOUCHES: Three fully tailored large-scale approaches for two major conferences with large numbers. 600 sets of military dog tags with client logo and codenames, heavily tailored activity content to incorporate real business issues, themes and values. CHALLENGES: A very experienced and discerning past client group with considerable previous exposure to well planned and highly creative conferences expecting great results. A 40 degree temperature outside that would have resulted in delegate discomfort for outdoor components if not dealt with. A total redesign of all outdoor components for delivery indoors in air-conditioning at Acer Arena.
