auckland now we’ll Drink to that AUCKLAND 2009 MILD TO WILD - 50 OUTSTANDING THINGS TO DO IN AUCKLAND NOW AVAILABLE An independent survey conducted on behalf of mice.net magazine that found new Zealand was the number one international destination for upcoming events placed Auckland as the top city. T he study conducted earlier this year of 1200 corporate meeting and event planners recorded New Zealand was a clear winner, with 19 per cent of respondents naming New Zealand as their top pick. And the good news is that eight per cent of respondents specifically mentioned Auckland as their city of choice. And no wonder. The destination not only has some fantastic product, but plenty of creative people to help make things happen. People and companies like Indigo Direct Communications which recently launched the new Audi A4 in Auckland. Indigo transformed the empty shell of the Britomart Pavilion in downtown Auckland into a world-class luxury motorshow environment which opened for invitation only events as well as public viewing.
